tributed one share of common stock of Lehman Brothers Holdings
Inc. to American Express shareholders for every five shares of
common stock held by such shareholders. The Trust, as an Amer-
ican Express shareholder, received and will retain such dis-
tributed shares. Subsequent deposits of securities in
connection with the creation of additional Units will include
Lehman Brothers stock.
