         The Company's auditors are not able to complete their review of the
results of the three (3) month period ended June 30, 2000, and, as a result, the
Company needs additional time to file the Report on Form 10-QSB.

ATTACHMENT TO PART IV OTHER INFORMATION, (3)


The three (3) month period ended June 30, 2000 will reflect significant
increases in sales and operating income as compared to the same period of the
prior fiscal year. The Company estimates revenues for the quarter ended June 30,
2000 will be approximately $14,400,000 as compared to $8,200,000 for the
corresponding period of the prior fiscal year, and operating income will be
approximately $388,000 and $93,000 for the 3 month periods ended June 30, 2000
and 1999, respectively.
